BlockerDieBlock Banana Yellow was the first game I ever finished and showed to the rest of the world. I suppose that last step was somewhat unnessesary, but I did it anyway. It did not receive the critical acclaim I was hoping for, but some possitive comments, albeit thinspread, motivated me to make a sequel.
The reason the game has such a weird name is because it made sense to me (at the time) in Dutch. A better spelling in English would probably be along the lines of: Blocker Dee Block, or something. Anyway, it was how I used to call the chequered pattern I had on my bag and a sweater which inspired the game to be about squares in the first place. I was really into chequers... (still am)
